Its terms were negotiated by governments with non-politician input coming only from Corporations and with the Agreements being signed dealing with corporations' capabilities of suing governments for restricting their actions and of their capability of pricing their products rather than solely trade in goods and services between countries.
Though not from Missouri "I'm extremely skeptical so you'll have to prove it " that benefits to the general population outweigh those to Corporations.
