Subject: the program stops working This is happening every day for the last 5 days

Using windows 7 on desktop + iphone 6

- no issues either
From: "John Feldsted"

This is very difficult to diagnose as we have no information on the e-mail program and version used. It is possible that an anti-virus program is blocking the e-mails due to the many hyperlinks enclosed. The solution would be to add your e-mail address to the allowed recipients in the anti-virus program.

No problems on Win 10 desktop with an app or Shaw webmail

Could it be an app supplied by the laptop manufacturer?

Or your ISP?
